General Terms and Conditions

Agritur Artemisia is located in a peaceful, nature-immersed area near the village of Stava in the municipality of Tesero, Val di Fiemme. The Agritur is 5.5 km from Cavalese, 10.5 km from Predazzo, and 19 km from Moena. Its central location provides easy access to all the ski lifts in Val di Fiemme: the Pampeago station of Ski Center Latemar and the Fondovalle station of Alpe Cermis are both 7 km away. A commercial area and supermarket are just 3 km from the property.

Agritur Artemisia is easily accessible from the Egna/Ora/Termeno exit of the Brenner/Modena motorway (A22). Tesero is 64 km from Trento, 48 km from Bolzano, 114 km from Lake Garda, 164 km from Verona, and 179 km from Venice, as well as 153 km from Innsbruck.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Typically, check-in and check-out are done independently.

By completing the online pre-check-in (available one week prior to your arrival), no additional information will be required upon arrival.

To finalize the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid via bank transfer or online payment on the website. The remaining balance must be paid at least three weeks before arrival. 

All payments can be made via bank transfer for direct bookings, or via bank transfer or PayPal for online bookings.

The prices do not include the tourist tax, which is €1.50 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tax applies to individuals aged 14 and older.

If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, the full amount of the booking will be refunded. If you cancel up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Cancellations made after these deadlines are non-refundable. In the case of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Pets are welcome at Agritur Artemisia. A fee of €10.00 per night will be charged for stays up to seven nights.
